The traditional Brazilian honey bread is a spiced muffin sandwich with dulce de leche filling and covered with Callebaut’s 811 dark chocolate. They come in a gift box with 4 individually wrapped honey cakes that can be offered as a gift.

The lactose free version is made with lactose free butter and has a filling of chocolate caramel. The gluten free version is made with gluten free flour mix and chocolate caramel filling.

Keep the cakes in a cool, dry and odorless place and they’ll last more than a week. In the refrigerator they last around 3 weeks – sugar crystallization may occur.

NOTE: the cakes are totally handmade and they take 7 business days to make. They´re shipped every Friday. If you place your order from Monday to Wednesday, your order will be shipped the same week; orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be sent the week after. You can also pick up your order, after 7 business days, at our store.
