Cocada is a coconut dessert made from only coconut, sugar and milk. (need a VEGAN version? Let us know!)
It’s believed to originate from the state of Bahia, in the north-east, but it spread throughout the country.
There are MANY types of cocada, but ours is the creamy version (cocada cremosa) with caramelized sugar and toasted coconut 🥥
INGREDIENTS: Coconut, sugar, condensed milk, butter.
