Please have in mind that we do not provide replacement, exchange or refund for orders returned to us by Postnord. Make sure to use the correct address when ordering, as we do not offer replacements for orders sent to the wrong location.
In case of withdrawal or mistaken purchase, please contact email@example.com to return the product in the original packaging, without indication of use/violation of the original seal, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. This must be done within 7 days from the receipt of the purchase (informed by Postnord’s tracking system). It’s the customer’s responsibility to send back the products to our address, covering the shipping costs. Possibility of return at the pick-up point can be arranged. Bear in mind that in this case, the day of the original pick-up counts as the day of the deliver of the product, starting the seven-day period from that.
